Chloe is a business valuation senior manager with over 10 years of valuation experience from a big 4 accounting firm and a boutique business valuation firm. Over her valuation career, she has gained experience working with private and public companies performing valuations for financial reporting, tax regulatory, estate and gift tax and litigation purposes. Chloe also provides financial advisory services and valuation analyses utilizing income, market and asset-based approaches. She has a BA degree in Business/Managerial Economics and is working towards Accredited Senior Appraiser certification in the Business Valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers.
Veronica Lin
Senior Manager, Economic Valuation Services · KPMG
Veronica is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Economic Valuation Services practice and is based in Los Angeles and serves clients coast to coast. With more than 10 years experience, she specializes in the mark to market portfolio valuation, valuation of legal entities and investments for tax, financial reporting, and business planning purposes. Her background includes corporate financial planning and strategic analysis. Joining KPMG in 2008, Veronica not only delivered client services but also served in the National Accounting Office. She was a subject matter expert on intricate valuation and accounting issues for KPMG's global audit clients. She was also a member of the KPMG Valuation Services Technical Committee, contributing to various publications and whitepapers on emerging valuation issues. Before KPMG, Veronica was part of Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, providing financial due diligence for cross border transactions in Asia.
