Event Publicity Listing Criteria:

  1. PLEASE SUBMIT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

  2. StartupEvents.org promotes LARGE real world, in-person regional and global startup conferences and conventions to help connect and accelerate the innovation ecosystem worldwide. Events must be big enough to attract face-to-face attendance from beyond only your town aka 250+ people. (Promoting an online virtual event?  Try here instead.)

  3. Events must serve the startup ecosystem and attract entrepreneurs, investors, service providers, and friends with educational or social activities, not just sales.

  4. Please complete all fields below, including submission of a graphic, logo, or illustration which you have all rights to grant us for publication.

  5. Pay the $20 USD listing fee to help cover the costs of this free community-building service. (Discounts available for non-profit groups.)

  • What if I have a budget and want more than a simple calendar listing? Contact us here. If your event meets the criteria above, we can offer also offer customized placements, promotions in 50+ major city Meetup groups, and targeted email blasts to our national and worldwide audiences of entrepreneurs, investors, and startup service providers.

  • What if I have zero budget? If your f2f startup event will host at least 300 people and you give us at least 3 weeks advance notice, you can download our logo (here). Post it on your website with a link back to us. Then just email us here with the URL. We’ll reply with a free promo code you can use in the form below for a free listing on our calendar and in our newsletters!)
